Job Description
QIMA is hiring a QC Inspector for textiles and garments to join a high-impact project in the USA. This is a travel-based assignment in the USA, with work taking place in either Pennsylvania or Los Angeles.
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 4 to 6 weeks, with possible extension
Open to all UK & EU citizens

What you'll do
Reporting to an Operations Manager, you will join our Operations team to deliver QIMA's inspection services to the QIMA quality standard. Your responsibilities:
- Check email daily to receive inspection documents and guidelines
- Attend inspections on time and communicate professionally with suppliers
- Inspect merchandise according to company procedures, and supervise container stuffing to the same standard
- Complete inspection reports according to company procedures and timelines
Qualifications
What you bring
- Prior experience in quality management, especially softlines/ garments/ textiles/ footwear (2 years or more);
- Knowledge of AQL standards, as well as relevant safety and quality regulations;
- Good command of English (spoken and written);
- Great attention to detail and strong professional ethics.

- Right to work in the USA, or eligibility under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP)
- Available to start ASAP and travel for the full assignment
