Finance Senior Business Partner h/f

Position Overview
Directly reporting to the CFO and Sales Finance Manager France, you play a central role in the strategic and operational steering of the business unit's financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the forecast and budget process of the GSCS FR Business Unit: you lead these processes within the entity, consolidate data from SFDC, send data to EMEA consolidation, and summarize information for French Management.
• Business Partner to the Sales Management: you provide activity monitoring information through various dashboards and reporting of various sales KPIs.
• Business Partner to the sales teams: you provide support throughout the deal contractualization process: upstream of business, by being proactive and controlling directives (Deal Guidelines), and up to controlling its accounting by ensuring compliance with IFRS 15 accounting rules (checklists and SAP backup of Contract Assets / Contract Liabilities positions).
• Ensure a global and coherent view of the BU's P&L in coordination with Gross Margin Controllers (deal margin, impact on contribution margin), Costs (bad debt, commissions, other OPEX), Revenue.
• This strategic position requires expertise in management control, strong analytical skills, and a business acumen.

Requirements:

• You have solid experience in financial audit and/or management control.
• The concepts of "pricing," contract management and negotiation, their accounting impacts (IFRS15), and "deal" structuring are familiar to you.
• Your good interpersonal skills allow you to easily integrate into the team, collaborate with other departments, and guide & challenge the sales force.
• You have a good understanding of reporting information systems.
• You are proficient in English to work in an international environment.
• You are comfortable in a matrix environment and able to prioritize thanks to your autonomy and sense of initiative.
• Experience in the software sector is essential.
• Investigation, analysis, synthesis, and the ability to step back are assets for succeeding in this role.
• You know how to communicate proactively, present Business updates in a "storytelling" format, and alert on critical risks and identify workaround solutions.

The salary range for this position is 88 300 EUR to 150 300 EUR and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
