- Partners with the Store Manager to uphold service and brand standards.
- Maintains a customer-first mindset and stays aware of market and in-store trends.
Operational Excellence
- Leads merchandising execution and uses sales insights to guide floor decisions.
- Ensures policies, inventory controls, and loss prevention practices are followed.
- Creates schedules aligned with business needs and supports expense and inventory oversight.
- Contributes to planning and shares customer insights and opportunities.
People and Culture
- Recruits and onboards talent; supports succession planning and performance decisions.
- Motivates, coaches, and recognizes the team to drive results and growth.
- Models professionalism, respect, and pride in the brand.
- Fosters inclusion, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Supports company initiatives and promotes a culture of improvement.

- 3+ years of retail store management experience.
