About the mission we offer you:
We are looking for an apprentice within the Digital Change Management team.
The role focuses on supporting communication activities related to digital and AI initiatives, while contributing to making complex topics (such as AI and digital tools) clear and accessible for a wide range of employees.
This position combines operational communication execution, content creation, and contribution to AI awareness initiatives, in a context where efficiency and consistency are key to managing multiple communication needs.

Main missions:
Communication support (core)
- Drafting communication content (emails, invitations, Viva Engage post, articles) in English
- Contributing to structured communication workflows (templates, reusable formats) to ensure smooth and scalable content production
- Supporting the coordination of internal communication campaigns across channels (Teams, Viva Engage, Intranet)
- Maintaining and updating Digiteam Intranet pages and communication materials
Community & content management
- Contributing to the animation of digital communities (Viva Engage, Teams)
- Participating in editorial planning and content creation
- Supporting the creation of visual and engaging formats (presentations, visuals, short videos)
Event & communication production
- Supporting the organization of internal events using Microsoft Teams tools (e.g.Townhalls, webinars)
- Preparing presentations and communication materials
- Coordinating with stakeholders and speakers
AI communication & awareness
- Simplifying and explaining AI and digital topics for non-expert audiences
- Supporting the creation of awareness and training content (posts, guides, use cases)
- Participating in light AI monitoring and synthesizing key insights into accessible formats (e.g. digest, posts)
Duration: 12 months
Start date: Starting in September 2026
About you:
We love to hear from you and how you match with this position. To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:
- A Master's level student (Bac+4/5) in communication
- Strong writing skills in English (mandatory as Technip Energies is an international company and a significant part of the work will be done in English)
- Hands-on experience in internal communication, including content drafting and formatting
- Ability to structure and deliver clear and impactful communication content
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams/Sharepoint)
Additional assets:
- Ability to simplify complex or technical topics for a non-expert audience
- Experience with internal communication tools (Viva Engage, Intranet)
- Experience in event coordination (webinars, townhalls)
- Interest in AI and digital topics
- Experience with visual or video tools (Canva, ClipChamp, etc.) is a plus

- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks in parallel
