Primary Pedagogical Coordinator & Head of Student Life (H/F)

EIB Grenelle seeks a bilingual, highly relational, adaptable, and student-centered professional to serve in a multi-functional leadership support role focused on student wellbeing, instructional partnership, and operational continuity across the school.
You play a key role in student success: school management and procedures, building systems, inclusion, bilingual learning, and academic excellence. You act as the Head's pedagogical partner and a cornerstone of student wellbeing, while ensuring the staff including surveillants are onboard and thriving.
Your missions :
Pedagogical Partner (50%)
• Organize knowledge management systems so that learning is streamlined.
• Provide data informed instructional support.
• Put procedures in place between staff, teachers and management.
• Strengthen differentiation for multilingual learners.
• Contribute to admissions processes.
• Provide a second point of contact between admissions, billing and Eduka.
• Feed data on student enrollment to management and Globeducate.
CPE (40%)
• Manage the surveillants, their training/feedback and scheduling.
• Liaise between AES and school for the activities and camps.
• Collaborate with teachers on planning field trips.
• Organize Outdoor Learning in the maternelle.
• Maintain routines, learning continuity, and student wellbeing.
• Support school operations during staffing or schedule changes.
Student Wellbeing (10%)
These responsibilities will be carried out in collaboration with the Head of School and under their direction, in order to ensure coherent and clearly structured coordination.
• Serve as a Designated Wellbeing Lead.
• Promote a school culture of safety, inclusion, and belonging.
• Support attendance, behavior, transitions, and social emotional development.
Your profile :
• You have proven pedagogical skills in elementary education, inquiry-based learning, and in providing non evaluative support to teacher colleagues.
• You have excellent relational and intercultural skills, and you communicate clearly with students, families, and colleagues.
• You have the ability to remain calm, grounded, and effective in complex, urgent, or ambiguous situations.
• You have strong organizational skills, a sharp sense of priorities, and are reliable in a dynamic school environment.
• You have a strong commitment to inclusion, well being, and building a welcoming school community, ideally with experience in international or bilingual settings.
