Yourmissions :
Au sein d'un environnement international exigeant, vous contribuerez au déploiement des politiques RH et à l'accompagnement des enjeux business sur un périmètre multiculturel.
Principales responsabilités :
• Support aux activités RH opérationnelles et aux projets de la zone
• Contribution aux campagnes Performance & Carrières (performance, people review, succession)
• Production et analyse de données RH (reporting, indicateurs clés)
• Participation aux initiatives d'engagement et de communication interne
• Participation à certains recrutements.
Yourprofile :
Profil recherché :
• Formation Bac+4/5 en Ressources Humaines ou équivalent
• Maîtrise professionnelle de l'anglais
• Rigueur, sens de la confidentialité et capacité d'analyse
• Aisance dans un environnement international
• Bonne maîtrise d'Excel et PowerPoint
