Mission
  • Advanced Industrial Solutions
    • Define and qualify new industrial solutions
    • Expertise in special processes
    • Technological watch on industrial processes
    • Promote Innovation / 4.0 Indus roadmap
    • Manage, promote and define roadmap industrial school
    • PLM, GSI expertise
    • Develop and maintain tools to provide data to industrial metiers
  • Obsolescence Management at component level or product level
    • Define Obsolescence Strategy per Product / Project items
    • Monitor Component /COTS/COS
    • Manage inventory of obsolete parts
    • Support metier's training
  • Data Management and Subcontractors Interface
    • Management of manufacturing files in PLM
    • GSI technical data management
    • Industrial referential responsible towards subcontractors
    • Link with subcontractors: manufacturing files provider, entry point for any technical request,
    • Link with best cost country site: support site performance.
  • Global
    • Define and deploy Regional Center industrialization roadmap
    • Deploy Signaling industrialization processes (for products and projects)
    • Support industrial Q, C, D of generic products managed on Regional Centers during all life cycle
    • Develop industrial means for product & project manufacturing and test with EHS mind-set
    • Ensure application of Signaling Métier standards (tools, processes, specification)
    • Deploy Signaling industrial requirements internally and with subcontractors
    • Contribute to Regional Center industrial activity productivity plan
    • Take part to Signaling industrialization network
    • Ensure Alstom Performance System (APSYS) deployment and maturity development
    • Manage and develop team competencies
    • Spread best environmental and EHS practices in the team

Team
  • Interface: Industrialization Metier's team (industrial methods, testing team), supply chain, product lines, suppliers (EMS).
  • People: 26p including 9p direct.


Profil

With a technical background in industrial production, you have knowledge of manufacturing processes. You also have at least 5 years of managerial experience in a similar sector.
You have demonstrated your ability to lead a team and drive transformation plans in a complex environment.
