Software Sales Executive
Job Description
You will drive strategic engagement with Adobe’s generative AI offerings, building lasting relationships with customer executives and working cross functionally with C&P and CXO account teams.Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and support the growth and development of a team of Firefly Sales Specialists, focusing on skill development, product knowledge, and sales strategy execution.Be in the field and empower the team to demonstrate effective solution selling, positioning Adobe Firefly as a key component in customers’ creative transformation journey and building compelling, value-based proposals.Strategic Alignment & Revenue Generation: Collaborate with teams to craft and execute sales strategies for Adobe Firefly across the C&P and CXO portfolio. Drive new revenue growth by developing and executing high-impact sales strategies.Sales Strategy & Reporting: Build and maintain a robust partner ecosystem, working closely with agency partners, solution consultants, and Adobe’s marketing team to drive market presence and generate leads.Coordinate with the marketing team to drive targeted marketing and public relations activities that support Firefly’s brand and product awareness.Share and build customer references and value metrics per vertical, aligning with Adobe’s market positioning to enhance credibility and sales traction.Enterprise Sales Experience: Proven experience in enterprise software sales, with a clear track record of exceeding sales quotas and expanding market share. Ideal candidates will have experience in creative or generative AI space, or direct experience with Adobe C&P or CXO solution selling.Demonstrated experience leading and developing sales professionals, with a strong focus on coaching and career progression.Executive-Level Sales Experience: Ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives, particularly with CMOs and digital leaders, highlighting Adobe’s unique value proposition.Ability to guide the team in crafting tailored, win-win proposals that demonstrate Adobe Firefly’s value in generative AI.Motivated by growth and success, with a sharp vision for advancing within Adobe’s sales leadership track.Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.As our many awards will tell you, at Adobe you’ll be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized around the world.
