Job Description
En tant que Product Manager, vous définissez et pilotez la stratégie marketing et commerciale de votre portefeuille produits afin d'atteindre les objectifs de croissance et de positionnement. Vous collaborez étroitement avec les équipes transverses (ventes, réglementaire, médical, supply chain) pour assurer le succès des lancements et maximiser la performance des produits sur le marché.

Job Description
En tant que Product Manager, vous définissez et pilotez la stratégie marketing et commerciale de votre portefeuille produits afin d'atteindre les objectifs de croissance et de positionnement. Vous collaborez étroitement avec les équipes transverses (ventes, réglementaire, médical, supply chain) pour assurer le succès des lancements et maximiser la performance des produits sur le marché.
Responsabilités principales
- Définir et piloter la stratégie marketing et communication du portefeuille produits ainsi que les leviers de performance (prix, canaux, mix produit)
- Élaborer et exécuter les plans de lancement produits en coordination avec les parties prenantes
- Assurer une veille concurrentielle et développer les études de marché (voix du client) et la surveillance post-marché
- Développer et maintenir les référentiels produits (base de données, documentation technique et marketing) et contribuer aux appels d'offres
- Créer des supports marketing et promotionnels alignés avec le positionnement de la marque
- Collaborer en transverse avec les équipes internes, les clients et les KOL, tout en contribuant aux projets stratégiques européens
Profil recherché
- Bac +5 (école de commerce, école d'ingénieur ou université avec spécialisation marketing ou équivalent)
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en tant que Product Manager ou dans un environnement commercial similaire
- Bonne maîtrise des principes de gestion de projet avec de solides compétences analytiques et organisationnelles
- Excellentes capacités de communication et aptitude à animer des réunions efficacement
- Fort esprit collaboratif avec capacité à travailler en transverse dans un environnement matriciel
- Capacité à influencer sans lien hiérarchique direct et maîtrise de l'anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral
