Burson France is seeking an accomplished and visionary Head of Technology Practice to lead and grow our dynamic technology portfolio. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for driving the strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of Burson's Technology practice across France.What You’ll DoStrategic Growth and Business DevelopmentOwn and drive technology revenue growth across France, identifying, securing, and expanding high-value client relationships.Lead market-facing new business development, proactively originating opportunities, opening doors with net-new clients, and personally leading major pitches and conversions.Build Burson’s technology proposition in France, expanding our footprint with existing clients, scaling multi-market engagements, and integrating broader Burson capabilities to deliver greater client value.Client Leadership And Financial ManagementServe as a trusted senior advisor to France's most influential technology clients, providing strategic counsel to C-suite and senior stakeholders on complex communication challenges and program implementation.Be accountable for overall profitability, quality, relationship management, and client satisfaction for all technology accounts.Manage practice finances, including budget development, management, resourcing, and forecasting for the technology practice.Team Leadership And Talent DevelopmentBuild, lead, and inspire a high-performing Technology team in France, creating a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and excellence.Ensure the right capabilities are in place to support growth, providing mentorship, identifying development gaps, and implementing training initiatives.Thought Leadership And InnovationChampion innovation and modern delivery, embedding emerging technologies, AI-enabled solutions, and new IP into client offerings to enhance impact, efficiency, and differentiation.Possess an excellent understanding of the evolving media landscape and demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal stakeholders, including Burson’s regional and global network.Experience That Contributes To SuccessA strong track record of building, growing, and leading a technology practice or significant technology portfolio in France (or a similar mature European market), ideally within a communications, consulting, or professional services environment.Senior client advisory gravitas, with the ability to counsel, influence, and build trust with C-suite and senior government or enterprise stakeholders.Demonstrable success in new business origination and growth, with experience winning complex, high-value mandates in competitive and fast-evolving markets.Deep understanding of the French business and cultural landscape, with the credibility and networks to operate effectively across diverse markets and client environments.Excellent interpersonal communication skills and proven people leadership experience.Expertise and curiosity within the technology sector, with a clear view of emerging trends, innovation, and disruption shaping client needs.Native-level fluency in French (written and spoken) and professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.BenefitsBurson offers a robust benefits package including professional development opportunities, mentorship programs, a vibrant and inclusive company culture fostering collaboration and innovation, and comprehensive rewards and retention programs designed to support and celebrate our people.#J-18808-Ljbffr
