MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- reports to the Construction Manager (or the Superintendent if applicable).
- responsible in his specialty and in his area of intervention for the execution of construction work and services according to the established schedule.
- directly supervises the subcontractors, immediately takes the necessary corrective actions in the event of a deviation from the HSE SITE PLAN, quality procedures, schedules and informs the Construction Manager.
- enforces the SSE SITE PLAN.
- participates in the drafting of work permits and special permits.
- verifies that the Companies are working with the documents under good review.
- prepares the orders for additional and additional work.
- supervises and controls the outputs of equipment, e.g.: piping, cables, instrumentation, with the Equipment Manager.
- examines and comments on the detailed schedules of the Companies.
- monitors the progress reported by the Companies.
- verifies the information reported on the "as-built" documents.
- prepares the punch lists and monitors their lifting.
- participates in site meetings with subcontractors and suppliers.
- is responsible for on-site quality control according to the procedures.
- provides the necessary technical assistance to companies, especially in the Engineering/Construction interface.
- provides a daily report.
- organizes the work according to the instructions of his manager.
- controls the daily reports of the workforce present on site.
- writes feedback as the site progresses.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING:
- Specialism : Piping
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction and revamping work on industrial sites
- Very good experience in preparing and monitoring all-trades construction work (piping)
- 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Interfaces for studies with understanding of needs and on-site identification
- High HSE sensitivity
