Head of Growth

ENI
Levallois-Perret, Île-de-France 92300, France CDI

Job Description

Job title: HEAD OF GROWTH
Location: Paris, France
Job reference #: 33111
Contract type: Permanent
Language requirements: Proficient in French and English

At Eni, we are looking for a Head of Growth to join Eni Plenitude France.

Plenitude France's go-to-market department is organised around value streams: cross-functional teams with end-to-end accountability for business outcomes.
This is not a traditional digital sales and marketing role. It is a P&L-oriented leadership role, responsible for owning the Growth value stream - the business's acquisition engine - orchestrating a cross-functional team and delivering measurable commercial impact from strategy through to execution.
As the Growth Lead, you will report directly to the Head of Go-To-Market ("Directeur Go-To-Market"), lead a cross-functional team including digital performance marketing, commercial planning and quality, data analytics and delivery, and hold full accountability for the Growth value stream's OKRs.
You will work closely with the Communications, Digital and Data Chapter Leads, who provide expertise, set standards and support people development for your cross-functional team. You will also coordinate with offline sales channel managers.

About Plenitude

Plenitude is an energy company that integrates the retail business and renewable generation with self-consumption and electric mobility solutions, providing energy and gas to more than 10 million homes and businesses across Europe, which offers a range of great professional opportunities for the whole team. This partnership represents a major European project integrating the renewable energy business with the retail business, which will enable us to progressively increase our offering of services, infrastructure, and green energy for our customers, providing our team with greater visibility and professional growth.

Main responsibilities:

Value Stream Leadership
  • Own the Growth value stream and all key results
  • Prioritise a single Growth backlog aligned with business goals, UX insights and tech capacity
  • Lead release cycles with Product Owners, ensuring continuous improvements to the funnel and website
  • Define and prioritise factory needs (digital, data, communication)
  • Report performance at monthly reviews.

Team Management
  • Set priorities, allocate tasks and assess impact on outcomes
  • Partner with Chapter Leads on standards and career development
  • Build a high-autonomy, outcome-driven team culture

Acquisition Strategy & Execution
  • Define acquisition strategy (paid media, SEO/SEA, content)
  • Set and drive quality acquisition targets (online and offline)
  • Own the full conversion funnel from targeting to activation
  • Drive A/B testing and continuous experimentation

Skills and experience required:
  • Extensive experience in growth, acquisition or performance marketing, with direct accountability for commercial outcomes (revenue, conversion or CTA targets - not limited to campaign metrics)
  • Strong digital expertise, with solid knowledge of acquisition channels (paid media, SEO/SEA), conversion optimisation and digital product management
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse dashboards, challenge teams through funnel analytics, and prioritise based on business impact
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams (marketing, product, technology, data) of 10+ people, without full hierarchical authority across all disciplines
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to coordinate with peer leaders and define business priorities without direct authority
  • Experience managing significant acquisition budgets, with clear accountability for ROI
  • Ability to translate complex business objectives into clear priorities and actionable plans
  • Fluency in French and English.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience working in value stream, agile, or product-led organisational models
  • Knowledge of the energy sector or regulated consumer markets (e.g. telecoms, insurance, fintech or other subscription-based businesses)
  • Experience in agile and OKR-driven environments, including backlog management, Kanban workflows and outcome-based reporting

How to apply:
  • Applications are only accepted through our online application system
  • Please upload your CV in English
