Responsibilities:

We're looking for our Paris Office, a conceptual Senior Art Director to help us create and develop outstanding creative work for our clients.
  • Conceptualise, storytell, scamp, design, produce whatever it takes to solve complex business with strong, simple, scalable big ideas. Online, offline and everywhere in-between.
  • Finding the human angle in client propositions - no matter how hidden.


As an Art Director, you will form part of a multi-disciplinary team with in-house capabilities across art and copy, video and interactive, artwork and design. You'll be great at getting ideas down on paper with a pad and a pen - before expanding and applying them across everything from ads and videos to events and apps. Tactically and strategically, you'll make a significant and proactive contribution to our agency's creative output.

Job Requirements:
  • 10 years of art direction experience in leading advertising creative agencies with a strong international award culture
  • Proficiency across the Adobe CC suite - including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • A creative thinker, who'll consider client problems from different angles but with a strong idea inside.
  • Progressive views on how brands can touch and move people. Able to recognise the value of insight, impact, relevance and effectiveness.
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • High levels of attention to detail, resilience and flexibility
  • A restless curiosity and an infectious enthusiasm for our industry and your craft
  • The desire to challenge the way health and wellness brands touch and move people - from consumers to healthcare professionals
  • French and English speaking

Art Direction Competencies:
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to shape and execute creative strategy, understanding how it drives deliverables and aligns with broader business objectives
  • Lead the development and execution of art direction and design across multiple channels, ensuring the highest level of creative excellence and brand consistency
  • Act as a key decision-maker throughout the creative process, independently driving projects from concept to completion, and providing creative leadership
  • Effectively manage multiple, often complex, projects with competing deadlines, prioritizing and delegating tasks to ensure seamless project flow
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including copywriters, developers, and UX/UI designers, acting as a senior creative resource to solve challenges and ensure alignment
  • Actively participate in internal reviews and client presentations, with the ability to clearly articulate the creative rationale, provide strategic insights, and make recommendations

Leadership and Professional Competencies:
  • Maintain regular, high-level communication with the Creative Director and senior leadership, aligning on project vision and contributing to strategic discussions
  • Experience leading cross-functional in delivering integrated creative solution
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, offering clear, constructive feedback, and guiding team members in both formal and informal settings
  • Help to mentor junior members of the team
  • Help to be build a constructive and creative work environment
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas that push creative boundaries and elevate the quality of the final product
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with a demonstrated capacity to handle increasing responsibility

Qualifications / Experience
  • A degree-level qualification or proven creative experience working in an advertising agency.
  • Experience working at a mid-weight creative level in a similar agency environment.
  • Considerable experience of European and Global projects.
  • Exceptional information presentation (visual and written) experience.
  • Experience of mentoring members of the team
  • Excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in design, typography, retouching, video and motion
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Detail orientated and well organized with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Positive and collaborative attitude, with own team, wider organisation and external collaborators.
  • A deep passion for new adverstsing, branding, content & creative storytelling .
  • Strong creative POV with an understanding of business objectives.
  • A deep understanding of how creative ideas elevates a brand and achieves success
  • Thorough knowledge of relevant and latest industry trends and practice
  • The flexibility to adapt your ideas to suit client expectations and their feedback efficiently

Responsabilités :

Nous recherchons pour notre bureau parisien un Directeur Artistique avec de larges capacités conceptuelles pour nous aider à créer et développer un travail créatif exceptionnel pour nos clients.
  • Conceptualiser, croquer, concevoir, produire tout ce qui est nécessaire pour résoudre des problématiques commerciales complexes avec des idées fortes, simples et évolutives. En ligne, hors ligne et partout entre les deux.
  • Trouver l'angle humain dans les propositions des clients, même s'il est bien caché.


En tant que Directeur Artistique, vous ferez partie d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire avec des compétences internes couvrant l'art et la rédaction, la vidéo et l'interactif, la conception graphique et le design. Vous excellerez à mettre vos idées sur papier avec un bloc-notes et un stylo, avant de les développer et de les appliquer à tout, des publicités et des vidéos aux événements et applications. Sur le plan tactique et stratégique, vous contribuerez de manière significative et proactive à la production créative de notre agence.

Exigences du poste :
  • Quelques années d'expérience en direction artistique dans des agences de communication publicitaire reconnues pour leur culture internationale de prix.
  • Maîtrise de la suite Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Penseur créatif, capable d'aborder les problèmes des clients sous différents angles tout en développant une idée forte.
  • Vision progressive sur la manière dont les marques peuvent toucher et émouvoir les gens. Capacité à reconnaître la valeur de l'insight, de l'impact, de la pertinence et de l'efficacité.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation.
  • Grande attention aux détails, résilience et flexibilité.
  • Curiosité insatiable et enthousiasme communicatif pour notre industrie et votre métier.
