About the role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR professional to support our day-to-day people operations in France and across multiple legal entities, the position is based in Paris.

This role is a key operational HR position combining payroll coordination, employee relations, HR administration and social dialogue management. The ideal candidate is pragmatic, structured, people-oriented and comfortable operating in a fast-paced international environment.

You will work closely with leadership and the HR team to ensure smooth HR operations, compliance and an excellent employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations for employees based in France and other entities
  • Support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, contract management, amendments, offboarding, absences, employee documentation, etc.
  • Ensure HR policies and processes are properly applied and continuously improved
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for managers and employees on operational HR topics

Payroll Management
  • Coordinate and oversee payroll processes across multiple countries and entities
  • Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance and timely delivery with external payroll providers
  • Manage payroll-related reporting, controls and administration
  • Support payroll harmonisation and optimisation initiatives across entities

Employee Relations & Social Dialogue
  • Support and manage employee relations topics on a day-to-day basis
  • Coordinate discussions and interactions with employee representatives and unions
  • Participate in social dialogue processes, elections and related HR compliance activities
  • Ensure compliance with French labor law and internal HR policies

HR Projects & Process Improvement
  • Contribute to HR operational improvement projects
  • Support potential payroll consolidation and harmonisation initiatives
  • Help streamline HR administrative processes and governance across entities
  • Participate in cross-functional HR initiatives when needed


Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Strong experience in payroll coordination and HR operations
  • Experience managing multi-country and/or multi-entity payroll environments
  • Exposure to employee relations and union discussions in France
  • Experience in fast-paced or international environments is a strong plus
Skills
  • Strong knowledge of French labor law and HR administration
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance operational execution with continuous improvement initiatives
  • Hands-on, pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent French and English are mandatory
Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting organisational changes or integration/merger contexts
  • Experience with payroll harmonisation or transformation projects
  • Exposure to international HR environments and multiple legal entities
