About the job

As Senior Cost Controler, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• • Oversee monthly inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy across all points of sale.
  • Monitor stock movements (receipts, issues, and transfers) and analyze inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensure the accuracy and regular update of recipe cards and standard operating procedures.
  • Analyze Food & Beverage costs, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Monitor cost and margin KPIs, and assess the profitability of menus, events, and banquet operations.
  • Ensure compliance with financial procedures and internal controls, and support both internal and external audits.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports, participate in month-end closings, and perform variance analyses.
  • Coach, train, and coordinate the Assistant Cost Controller / Income Auditor, as well as operational teams.
  • Develop and optimize tools, procedures, and reporting dashboards to improve profitability and cost control.
  • Support the implementation of a new PMS (Property Management System), including system testing, configuration, team training, and the adaptation of control procedures.

As Senior Cost Controler we expect from you:

• Fluency in French and in English
• Significant and proven experience in a Cost Control role is required, ideally gained within luxury hospitality or high-end food and beverage operations.
• Previous experience in a palace hotel environment or within a multi-outlet operation would be highly valued.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis tools).
• Knowledge of Infrasys is considered a strong asset, especially in light of the hotel's upcoming PMS implementation project later this year.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems and cost control processes within the hospitality and food & beverage industry.
