PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Product Owner is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing the product backlog to ensure delivery of high-value digital solutions that align with Club Med's strategic goals. Acting as the intermediary between stakeholders and development teams, the Product Owner translates business needs into clear requirements and ensures seamless communication throughout the product lifecycle. This role plays a critical part in enhancing customer experience and driving innovation.

GENERAL MISSIONS
1 . Product Backlog Management
- Define, maintain , and prioritize the product backlog based on business objectives and customer needs.
- Write clear and detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team.
- Regularly refine and update the backlog to incorporate feedback and evolving priorities.
2 . Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and understand business needs and strategic objectives .
- Facilitate alignment between business goals and technical capabilities.
- Regularly present progress updates and collect feedback to inform product evolution.
3 . Team Alignment and Support
- Act as a bridge between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring alignment.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) to guide development.
- Provide clear direction to the team to ensure timely delivery of high-priority features.
4 . User- Centric Product Development
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure the product meets customer expectations.
- Utilize data and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure the delivered product enhances customer satisfaction and meets quality standards.
5 . Innovation and Continuous Improvement
- Maintain a forward-thinking perspective by staying updated on market trends and technologies.
- Propose innovative solutions to improve product performance and usability.
- Foster a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement within the product team.
6. Management & Leadership
- Create a structuring and inspiring framework: Provide a clear and engaging environment, give meaning to actions and embody the Club Med Spirit.
- Develop and empower teams: Help them develop their skills, encourage autonomy and initiative.
- Ensure operational excellence: Manage performance with rigor and benevolence, optimizing time and resources.
KPI ( position requirements objective )
- Backlog Velocity: Speed of delivering prioritized backlog items during each sprint.
- Stakeholder Satisfaction: Feedback scores on engagement and alignment with product outcomes.
- Customer Engagement: User adoption rates and satisfaction ratings (e.g., NPS).
- Delivery Timeliness: Percentage of deliverables completed within agreed deadlines.
- Product Quality: Number of post-release issues reported and resolved.
