Your Mission
Reporting directly to the Content & Marketing Manager, you will support both content operations and marketing activities across the Kidjo platform.
Content Management & Organization
- Support the organization and update of the content catalog
- Review metadata and publication assets
- Prepare content for integration into the applications
- Contribute to the creation of interactive content (e.g. quizzes linked to stories)
Marketing & Campaign Support
- Prepare marketing materials including banners, copy, visuals, and promotional assets
- Help optimize content visibility and product feature launches by contributing to marketing plans, editorial calendars, promotional activations, and budget estimations
- Support the creation of promotional materials for partners
- Write, schedule, and publish social media content
- Monitor performance metrics (KPIs, analytics) and contribute to content optimization
Partner Support & Customer Care
- Assist with partner follow-up and coordination
- Centralize and qualify customer care requests
- Contribute to FAQ updates and documentation improvements
Operational Support
- Assist in the creation of visuals, copy, banners, and short video assets
- Organize content catalogs and support content publication workflows
- Help manage content and marketing planning schedules
Benchmark & Market Research
- Conduct regular benchmarking of competing apps (product, content, and marketing analysis)
- Identify trends and best practices within children's digital platforms
- Produce summaries and insights to support product evolution, user experience, content strategy, and promotional initiatives
Profile
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Strong curiosity and analytical mindset
- Comfortable with social media platforms and digital content
- Good command of Excel and basic creative/design tools
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Creative thinker with the ability to suggest concrete ideas
- Team player with strong autonomy and execution skills
Internship Details
- Duration: 6 months
- Location: Paris
- Requirements : Internship agreement from your school or university
