Le Paris Marriott Rive Gauche Hotel & Conference Center dévoile le nouveau lobby Marriott Great Room, un espace vibrant qui vous accueille avec sophistication et confort dès votre arrivée.
Se situant dans le 14ème arrondissement de Paris, notre hôtel possède une localisation stratégique au cœur de la rive gauche.
Doté de 757 chambres (dont 51 suites) et 5 000 m² d'espaces de conférence, notre établissement propose une offre unique et haut de gamme à Paris intra-muros. Nos équipes multiculturelles et passionnées ont à cœur d'offrir un service d'excellence à une clientèle variée.
RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE
Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Evènements et du Directeur Evènements, l'Apprenti Coordinateur Evènements F/H planifie l'organisation des différents évènements.
Il est le contact privilégié du client après la signature du contrat.
Force de proposition, l'Apprenti Coordinateur Evènements F/H identifie les opportunités de maximisation du chiffre d'affaires contracté, en proposant des services additionnels adaptés et rentables, tout en veillant à garantir la satisfaction du client.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS
- Coordonner avec les clients et les différents départements internes concernés les différentes étapes de l'organisation des événements en vue de sa parfaite organisation et de la pleine satisfaction du client.
- Rédiger les documents internes et participer activement aux diverses réunions nécessaires à la réalisation des événements.
- Gérer les blocs chambres, les réservations des salons pour les groupes attribués et les différentes prévisions de réalisation des blocs chambres contractés.
- Collecter les acomptes.
- Rédiger et faire signer aux clients les différents addendum notifiant les variations de revenu.
- Organiser les visites clients et les réunions de pré-événement avec le client et les différents interlocuteurs internes concernés.
- Accueillir personnellement le client le jour de son arrivée et s'assurer, aux moments clés de l'événement, du bon suivi des instructions et de sa satisfaction.
- Organiser les réunions post-événements et fournir aux Directeurs des Départements opérationnels concernés le point de vue des clients.
- Développer les ventes additionnelles.
