We are currently looking for a PR Specialist - Public Relations to join our Public Relations team based at our head office in Paris on a 6-month fixed-term contract to cover a temporary increase in business.

Mission

The PR Specialist - Public Relations supports the Senior PR and the Global Head of PR in all aspects of the day-to-day operations and contributes to the implementation of the brand's PR strategy through the organization of public relations initiatives in the respective territory.

Main Responsibilities
• Daily monitoring of all France press coverage (print & digital), drafting media reports/presentations and recording of missed opportunities
• Managing photo shoots including coordination of insurance, liaising with journalists, sending credits for the publication
• Regular contact with influencers to ensure Chopard is present on a regular base
• Assisting in celebrities' dressings in Paris & France
• Maintaining and establishing new press contacts
• Assist in implementing PR strategies for France and International events
• Assist in coordinating and hosting press and client events
• Drafting press releases and press material
• Proof Reading global press releases
• Responding to media enquiries
• General PR office management

Key Requirements
• Experience in public relations, preferably in luxury retail, minimum of 3 years in a similar position
• Excellent organizational skills
• Native French Language
• Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Well experienced and used to working with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and photoshop
• Good ability on social media platforms
• Professional representation of the company image
• Ability to build and maintain relationships and work well with others as part of a team
• Role that involves some evening/weekend events
