WHO ARE WE?
WE ARE ONA is a 360° creative culinary studio, designing experiences that reinforce the emotional connection between brands and their audiences.
Founded by Luca Pronzato in 2019, a sommelier and restaurateur previously working at NOMA Copenhagen, WE ARE ONA was born from the traditional fine dining scene, with the ambition to explore innovative ways of creating culinary events: from strategy and concept, to design and production.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Creative Producer serves as the bridge between the creative team, the production team, and external stakeholders. They ensure the aesthetic consistency as well as the technical execution quality of the scenographies.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Creative Producer serves as the bridge between the creative team, the production team, and external stakeholders. They ensure the aesthetic consistency as well as the technical execution quality of the scenographies.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Maintain Artistic Direction: Uphold the artistic vision throughout its implementation by collaborating closely with set designers and the production team.
- Project Production Tracking: Bridge the gap between the creative and production teams to ensure smooth project progression.
- Quality Control & Consistency: Regularly review presentations, ensuring high-quality layouts, overall project coherence, and consistent material/prop sourcing.
- Technical Validation: Review and approve technical plans, elevations, and blueprints created by set designers.
- Site Visits & Fieldwork: Travel for site inspections (including photo/video documentation, taking measurements, and conducting technical surveys).
- External Creative Coordination: Brief and operationally manage external creative ressources and vendors (graphic designers, 3D artists, etc.).
- Event Vendor Management: Coordinate event-specific suppliers and specialists (florists, set builders, lighting designers, drapers/seamstresses, playlist management, etc.).
- On-site Supervision: Oversee load-ins, setups (montages), and real-time scenography changes during events.
PROFILE
- Event Production Experience: Proven track record in event production, including mandatory, hands-on experience managing full on-site setups and load-ins.
- Organizational Excellence: Strong organizational skills, exemplary rigor, and the ability to multitask across several projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Aesthetic & Visual Sensibility: Strong skills in layout design and visual sourcing, paired with a sharp eye for detail to maintain the high standards of the artistic direction.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and analyze technical blueprints and architectural drawings.
