Your Day-to-Day Work

For one of our major clients, a leading French banking group, EOLEN is looking for a Genesys Expert to support the administration, operation, and maintenance of critical contact center platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, deploy, and maintain Genesys platforms
• Ensure RUN activities and operational support of production environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, backup, and maintenance operations
• Produce and maintain technical and operational documentation
• Participate in continuous improvement and infrastructure evolution projects
• Contribute to on-call support, morning checks, and out-of-hours interventions

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Genesys
• Windows administration and PowerShell scripting
• Unix/Linux administration and Shell scripting
• Production support and infrastructure operations experience
• Ability to work in critical, high-availability environments
• English reading and writing skills

• Proven experience managing and supporting Genesys platforms in production
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Autonomous, proactive, and service-oriented mindset internationaux.
