Gestion de 14 actifs immobiliers, dont Arago (locataire : JOTT), 104 Richelieu et Le Cardinet (important projet de restructuration ESG - fonds Villiers).
Beaucoup de déplacements pour rencontrer les locataires.
Principales responsabilités :
• établissement des régularisations annuelles de charges,
• pilotage de la campagne ESG avec DEEPKI,
• gestion de la facturation électronique à compter du 1er septembre 2026,
• gestion courante d'un portefeuille de gestion immobilière.
Profil recherché :
• Profil confirmé de gestionnaire immobilier travaillant en autonomie, sans assistant.
• Bonne connaissance des enjeux ESG.
• Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques.
• La maîtrise de l'anglais n'est pas nécessaire pour ce poste.
