Yourmissions :
As part of a 7-month replacement (September 2026 to March 2027), we are looking for an Internal Communications Officer to join our Communications team based in Libourne, France.
Within the Communications Department, you will help strengthen employee engagement and ensure the dissemination of strategic messages at both France and global levels.
Key responsibilities
- As an Internal Communications Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Producing a wide range of editorial content (articles, internal materials, corporate messaging...)
- Organizing and leading corporate internal events (leadership webcasts, conferences, Purpose Day, year-end events...)
- Contributing to the development of post-webcast communication toolkits
- Supporting the creation of the 2027 corporate greeting card
- Monitoring HR communication campaigns
- Managing the Pets at Work project
- Coordinating the international communications network and distributing ready-to-use materials
Yourprofile :
Education & experience
- Master's degree in communications, marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in internal communications
Skills
- Strong writing, verbal communication, and formatting skills
- Proven project management abilities (organization, prioritization, deadline management)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and international environment
- Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Fluent in French and English (required)
- Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
