GENERAL MISSIONS
1 . Technical Leadership and Guidance
- Define and enforce coding standards and best practices to ensure high-quality development.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the development team to enhance skills and productivity.
- Lead architectural design decisions and technical strategy formulation.
2 . Project Management and Execution
- Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and bottlenecks during project execution.
3 . Innovation and Continuous Improvement
- Encourage a culture of innovation and experimentation within the development team.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to inform tech strategy.
- Implement changes to improve software performance and scalability.
4 . Cross- functional Collaboration
- Work closely with other departments to integrate technical solutions seamlessly.
- Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between development, product, and operations teams.
- Ensure stakeholder needs and requirements are met through effective technical solutions.
5 . Quality Assurance and Code Review
- Conduct regular code reviews to maintain coding standards and ensure quality.
- Implement automated testing frameworks to enhance product reliability.
- Monitor and address technical debt and codebase issues proactively.
