The RF and Optical communication subgroup at STMicroelectronics develop proprietary optical and RF mmW products differentiated technologies, including FDSOI, BiCMOS, and silicon photonics, to specialized markets with high growth, such as AI data centers, LEO satellites & Automotive.

Your environment

You join the Ranging and Connectivity Division, which focuses on advanced ST FDSOI for connectivity and ranging solutions for automotive, industrial, and consumer markets.

These rapidly growing organizations are located in France and internationally (Italy, Egypt, North America) and work on key technologies, including:
• Connected IoT (UWB, Bluetooth Low Energy, Wi-Fi, Radar, sub-GHz)
• Silicon photonics and optical communications
• Advanced RF technologies

Your role

As a program manager, you lead strategic next-generation projects from feasibility study to production.

Main responsibilities:
• Manage complex programs, including quality, cost, and schedule with more than 50 contributors, >10M$ budget over 2-3 years
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: marketing, architecture, hardware and software design, test, quality, industrialization.
• Manage customer interactions in an international environment
• Monitor product life cycle from prototype to industrial ramp-up
• Lead teams, including core teams, project meetings, and reporting
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and resources
• Ensure competitive time to market
• Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in projects, including IP design, packaging, test, and industrialization

Your profile

Skills and experience:
• Significant experience in project or program management in microelectronics or high-tech industry
• Strong technical understanding of RF and IC systems
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in complex and multicultural environments

Personal qualities:
• Leadership and ability to unite teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Rigor, organization, and synthesis skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Entrepreneurial spirit and innovation orientation
• Curiosity and interest in evolving technological environments

• Project management certification, such as PMP or Agile
