You will also be part of the stimulating strategic planning community (~10 people) within Publicis Media International, based in Paris. As a Strategy Director, you will also lead new business pitches, take part to consulting missions, write award submissions and lead the production of research and strategic publications (strategic intelligence, studies, POVs etc.)

Descriptif du poste
As an international strategy director within PMI, your overall responsibilities include to:
- Carries the Publicis 'Power of One' vision
- Identify opportunities to bring strategic value for your clients and revenue for PMI
- Co-construct the growth roadmap, with the business lead, on your accounts and be accountable for its delivery
- Facilitate the integration across different players and expertises (creative agencies, influence, media experts, publishers...)
- Advocate for the strategic vision to be carried through to activation
- Establish yourself as a strategic business partner for senior clients
- Run brainstorming and workshops
- Be knowledgeable on Publicis suite of tools, and an expert on audience, strategic and planning tools
- Manage a media strategist
Depending on the client, you will have different strategic missions:
- Define media priorities for the year - define growth pillars and ensure they are infused throughout the year with everything that Publicis as a whole do (experts or local partners etc.)
- Media Innovation - help enhance new ways of thinking media, finding key opportunities beyond traditional media path (content, new creative partners etc.)
- Ad Hoc Strategic projects - identifying and presenting media trends, managing growth sessions on key media topics ('how to leverage AI', 'positive media strategy', 'how to redefine how we speak to families' etc.)
- Define media strategy for key campaigns/ moments - identifying context, defining connection idea and developing media pillars
- Manage and develop inspirational sessions on various sectorial and media topics i.e. 'social search', 'AI and its impact on the industry' etc.
- Develop Audience playbook
Responsabilités

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or above, preferably related with Advertising, Marketing, Communication or Business.
- + 8 years of experience in Media.
- Good knowledge of Media planning tools and key sources.
- Experience in planning, being able to evaluate and organize large campaigns with different online channels
- Excellent English and French skills in both written and verbal communication.
- Endless curiosity for our industry, humans, society and tech
- Facilitator mindset; capable of challenging status quo and breaking a deadlock situation
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability under pressure
