Otis développe son activité et recrute un Chef de chantier (H/F) pour intégrer son entité Constructions Neuves située à Nanterre.
La finalité de votre poste est la gestion quotidienne des chantiers de la cellule BEX - remplacement complet. Vous organisez, encadrez les techniciens et sécurisez les chantiers.

Otis développe son activité et recrute un Chef de chantier (H/F) pour intégrer son entité Constructions Neuves située à Nanterre.
La finalité de votre poste est la gestion quotidienne des chantiers de la cellule BEX - remplacement complet. Vous organisez, encadrez les techniciens et sécurisez les chantiers.
Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez :
- Manager et animer votre équipe de techniciens,
- Suivre l'exécution des chantiers confiés :
- Suivi de l'avancement des chantiers en gros oeuvre pour planification de l'intervention des monteurs et recensement des besoins en matériel,
- Supervision de la bonne réalisation des travaux confiés aux sous-traitants.
- Participer aux réunions de suivi de chantier en présence du client,
- Prendre en charge l'aspect sécurité et qualité de vos chantiers :
- Garantir la bonne installation et mise en service des appareils en conformité avec les réglementations en vigueur,
- Mettre en oeuvre les moyens nécessaires pour assurer la sécurité sur le chantier et animer les réunions sécurité pour votre équipe,
- Réaliser des audits de sécurité sur les chantiers et contrôler le respect de l'ensemble des règles de sécurité Otis par les sous-traitants.
Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :
- Vous êtes issu(e) de formation électrotechnique ou électromécanique
- Vous disposez d'à minima 4 à 5 ans d'expérience (hors stage) sur un poste similaire dans le secteur de l'ascenseur ou du second œuvre
- Vous avez déjà manager une équipe de techniciens et piloter l'activité sous-traitance
- Vous êtes autonome dans la gestion de vos chantiers et faîtes preuve de proactivité pour anticiper et répondre aux aléas chantier
