Marketing coordinateur in Mönchengladbach (H/F)

Within the Sales & Marketing department in Germany, he/she will work directly with the country's Marketing Manager on strategic and operational marketing assignments. He/she will also be required to work with the country's management (field teams, technical teams, sales teams, etc.) and to travel within the country

Missions
Customer segmentation
  • Create personas for different customer segments and define the most relevant communication approaches


Content creation and field marketing support
  • Gather information and content opportunities from the field through regular visits
  • Share field insights with the SEO agency to support local content creation
  • Create and adapt content for social media, newsletters and other communication channels
  • Support the planning, recording and publication of content according to the editorial calendar
  • Develop visuals, short videos and post copy adapted to the Polish market
  • Ensure consistency of communication across channels

Creation and adaptation of sales materials
  • Adapt sales and marketing materials from other countries to the local market
  • Create or update materials using Canva or other graphic design tools
  • Collect field requests for sales materials and prioritize those with the highest impact for the teams

Catalogue update and print materials
  • Understand the existing catalogue creation and update process
  • Analyze field needs regarding catalogue format, size and level of detail
  • Research ways to simplify the catalogue update process
  • Coordinate with the French team on catalogue updates
  • Support the creation, update and adaptation of catalogues, brochures and other printed materials
  • Prepare or coordinate print-ready files and liaise with agencies or printing suppliers when necessary

Lead management monitoring
  • Weekly contact with branches to ensure the process is followed correctly
  • Analysis of cancelled leads

Competitive intelligence
  • Develop knowledge of the competitive landscape
  • Monitor competitors' activities, including branch openings and closings, new communications on social media, and M&A activity

Implementation of a telemarketing service
  • Define the strategy together with the Marketing Manager
  • Identify target clients and contact timing
  • Assess the required telemarketing effort and campaign scope
  • Define budget, implementation timeline and KPIs
  • Search for a telemarketing provider and relevant prospect lists
  • Set up a follow-up process with sales representatives and the telemarketing agency
  • Monitor performance and analyze results
