Role
Ensure compliance with the revised OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) by updating Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) and labels for all Calderys Group products manufactured/imported in the United States.
This role involves close collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization to support regulatory compliance and product safety.
Duration: 6 months (fixed-term contract)

Role
Ensure compliance with the revised OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) by updating Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) and labels for all Calderys Group products manufactured/imported in the United States.
This role involves close collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization to support regulatory compliance and product safety.

Responsibilities
- Support the communication with internal and external partners to acquire the most up-to-date Safety Data Sheets (SDS) of the current Raw Materials with the collaboration of our SDS provider and ensure the Chemical Management Tool is accurately maintained and up to date.
- Support the creation and update of the Database of Raw Materials (chemicals, minerals) and Finished Goods on Authoring Safety Data Sheets Software.
- Support the adequate management, storage, and retention of Product Stewardship data and knowledge as well as keeping product compliance files up to date.
- Assist the other Product Stewardship Team Members in various compliance projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Undergraduate student/fresh graduate in relevant scientific discipline (chemistry, mineralogy, environmental science, toxicology, R&D).
- 1+ years in a regulatory or product stewardship role, preferably with experience providing support considering the USA regulations.
- Knowledge of SDS authoring softwarewould be an asset Knowledge of SDS regulations and associated requirements with a proven efficiency of hazardous classification determination.
- Knowledge of the North American chemical regulations would be an asset.
- Fluent in English, French and Spanish would be an asset.
