About the positions
Thanks to our strong and continuous growth, at NEOMA Business School, the Department of Strategy and Entrepreneurship is seeking to hire multiple full-time, permanent faculty members in Strategy, International Business, Geopolitics, Innovation, Sustainability, and Entrepreneurship. The Department comprises 41 faculty members with a strong international research profile and an active scholarly community. Our professors have published in top-tier journals, including Academy of Management Journal, Administrative Science Quarterly, Strategic Management Journal, Research Policy, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, and Journal of Business Venturing, among other top-tier journals. Our research inspires our award-winning teaching and provides valuable insights for managers, organizations, and policymakers. These areas foster research on timely and impactful challenges for business and society, including those related to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. They also provide faculty with dedicated resources, including research assistants, postdoctoral researchers, data scientists, and financial support. In addition to the resources available through the Areas of Excellence, we provide a wide range of research support, including an individual annual budget for conferences and other research expenses, access to an experimental behavioral lab, in-house copyediting services, and a dedicated grant development unit.
The compensation package is competitive by international standards and includes generous publication-based bonuses. We also support administrative procedures related to relocation to France, including assistance with finding accommodation, family integration (school registration for children and job-search support for partners), French language training (for you and your partner), and relocation expenses.

Qualifications
We are looking for dynamic, high-potential candidates who:
• Hold a Ph.D. from an internationally recognized institution
• Have a publication record (or a strong publication potential) in top-tier peer-reviewed journals according to rankings such as FNEGE (France), CABS (UK), and the FT50
• Are passionate about impactful research and committed to excellence in its pursuit
• Are eager to share their knowledge in the classroom, empowering our students and executives with new insights to help them navigate a complex and uncertain world
• Can leverage innovative pedagogy to deliver high-quality classes in English (although knowledge of French is a plus, it is not mandatory)
• Are willing to disseminate research and expertise to external stakeholders, both locally and globally
• Have a proactive, collaborative, and collegial approach to working with colleagues and contributing to the department and the school
• Look forward to actively participating in the development and implementation of the school's strategy
