Job Description
PROFILE
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Merchandise Planning, Buying, Finance, or a related analytical function, preferably within the luxury or premium retail industry.
- Experience working in an international and multi-channel retail environment is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, planning tools (e.g., Anaplan), and business intelligence platforms.
- Solid understanding of merchandise planning, forecasting, inventory management, and financial planning.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making across functions.
- Commercially minded, proactive, results-oriented, and detail-focused, with the agility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a solution-driven approach.
