Circana recherche un(e) Chargé(e) de clientèle en CDI pour rejoindre notre équipe Commerciale qui accompagne nos clients industriels.

Vos missions :

Au sein de la Direction Business Intelligence, vous êtes rattaché(e) à un Manager et travaillez sur un portefeuille de clients de la Grande Consommation. Vous leur proposez des analyses et des recommandations en fonction de leurs besoins. Vos missions principales sont les suivantes :

  • Vous élaborez des présentations à valeur ajoutée à destination des clients
    1. Vous traitez en autonomie les problématiques issues du brief client
    2. Vous mettez en place des supports de présentation pertinents en fonction des messages à délivrer que vous aurez identifiés
    3. Vous proposez des recommandations opérationnelles et actionnables
    4. De façon ponctuelle, vous identifiez et suggérez des outils complémentaires pour inviter le client à aller plus loin dans l'analyse


  • Vous êtes en interaction avec les clients
    1. Vous leur apportez des réponses et votre expertise du marché sur des questions d'analyse
    2. En fonction de leurs besoins, vous proposez des outils ou solutions adaptées


Vos atouts :

  • Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un BAC+5 en Ecole de Commerce, d'Ingénieur Agro ou en Université
  • Vous justifiez d'une première expérience en Etudes, Marketing, Commercial ou en Vente, idéalement acquise dans le secteur de la Grande Consommation
  • Vous êtes à l'aise en anglais
  • Vous souhaitez vous développer sur des fonctions en Marketing et/ou en Etudes
  • Curieux(se), vous êtes passionné(e) par le monde de la Grande Consommation et par la Technologie
  • Rigoureux(se), vous êtes doté(e) d'un fort esprit d'analyse et de synthèse et avez le goøt des chiffres
  • Vous faites preuve d'excellentes qualités relationnelles et d'un très bon sens du service
