The Senior Consultant Role
As a Senior Consultant within Qlik's Professional Services team, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them maximize value from Qlik Analytics, Data Integration, and Data Quality platforms. Your role combines technical expertise, business consulting skills, and project delivery experience to design, implement, and optimize enterprise data and analytics solutions.
The Senior Consultant role involves working directly with customer stakeholders, project managers, architects, and executive sponsors to accelerate adoption, drive business outcomes, and ensure successful deployment of Qlik technologies

Here's how you'll be making an impact:
- Apply innovative solutions to independently resolve various issues of a diverse scope.
- Contribute to the adaptation of techniques and approaches to support projects
- Partner with a senior or principal consultant to be able to recognize sales opportunities to the correct Qlik resources. Ability to serve as a technical resource on professional services sales opportunities with guidance.
- Provides advice and recommendations that have a moderate impact on the function
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Delivery
- Lead Talend consulting projects from discovery through deployment.
- Translate business requirements into scalable data integration solutions.
- Ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
Technical Expertise
- Develop ETL/ELT pipelines using Talend Data Integration, Talend Data Quality, and Talend Big Data.
- Optimize workflows for performance and scalability.
- Advise on Talend architecture, deployment, and governance.
Cross-Platform Integration
- Integrate Talend with Qlik Replicate, Qlik Compose, and other Qlik data products.
- Work with diverse data sources including SAP, Oracle, Snowflake, Azure, and Kafka.
Security & Compliance
- Operate within secure environments requiring government or enterprise-level clearance.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and cybersecurity standards.
Mentorship & Collaboration
- Mentor junior consultants and act as technical lead.
- Share field insights with internal teams to influence product development.
We're looking for a teammate with:
- 5+ years in data integration and ETL development, with 3+ years using Talend (preferred, or similar -Informatica, FiveTran etc).
- Strong SQL and data modelling skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms and big data technologies.
- Valid security clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
