Job Title : EMEA Field Trainer manager

The Coach Field Training manager will be responsible for People development, by conveying assertive training program to strengthen our teams skills, retail excellence and ultimately enhance memorable client experience in stores.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate training strategy on the ground while supporting the business needs.
• The training programs will include Onboardings on the Maison, client experience in store, selling technics, styling and product focus
• Convey learning content, materials provided by central Training team and ensure follow-up and execution on weekly basis
• Animate retail communities, coach and develop store team in collaboration with Store management
• Convey trainings in classroom, webinar or in-store for all the region
• The Field Trainer will also coach the team in order to elevate the client experience in store
• He/she will collaborate with Retail leadership teams to support the teams on specific business KPIs (UPT, Conversion rate, ATV, Cross-selling, etc).
• He/she will follow up on the digital learning contents and quizzes for the region

Profile

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• 3-5 years in a similar role
• Experience in Luxury Retail and Ready to Wear is mandatory, ideally as a manager
• Passion for the field and travelling 70% of the time.
• Excellent communication skills
