Product Manager - Software for Global Busway Portfolio (F/M)

With approximately 120 collaborators, our teams comprising software developers, quality experts, cybersecurity specialists, UX designers, and managers work to create essential software solutions that enable our partners (electrical installers, system integrators, distributors) to better serve their customers.

Your role:

You will be Product Manager and team leader for the Busway portfolio - a suite of planning and design software for busbar distribution systems (high-capacity power distribution systems used in data centers, supermarkets, industrial facilities). You will lead a team of approximately 20 people: R&D Manager with software developers, Associate Product Manager, UX Designer, and quality assurance team.

You will report directly to the software division leader and be fully responsible for the commercial and strategic success of the product. Your team is distributed between France (headquarters) and India, with a strong collaborative culture.

You will drive the product vision end-to-end: from strategic definition through delivery and continuous improvement. You will combine direct team leadership with full commercial and strategic responsibility for the Busway portfolio.

Your missions:
  • Lead and develop your team (20 people) to maximize efficiency and innovation capacity
  • Define and communicate the product vision and commercial strategy for the Busway portfolio
  • Assume full commercial responsibility: customer portfolio management, satisfaction, and product adoption
  • Collaborate with partners and go-to-market channels to ensure commercial success of the offering
  • Drive continuous product improvement post-launch and increase value delivered to customers

Ensure alignment between strategic vision and operational team execution

Your profile:
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in software/digital product management AND/OR technical team leadership
  • Mandatory experience in the electricity, energy, electrical distribution sector or related domains

Your competencies:

Technical and domain expertise:
  • Deep understanding of go-to-market approaches and commercial processes in the electricity sector (busway, partner-based sales)
  • Mastery of product life cycle (design, development, launch, operation)
  • Knowledge of planning and design challenges for high-capacity electrical distribution systems
  • Experience with agile/DevOps development methodologies and distributed teams


Soft skills and leadership:
  • Team leadership: ability to motivate, develop, and align a multi-functional team of ~20 people
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and commercial responsibility
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to make decisions in complex, multi-cultural contexts (France/India)
  • Fluent in English (international environment)

This role is based in Eybens (Grenoble) or Rueil Malmaison (Paris).
