Your role :
Reporting to Global Head of Channels Software (Howard) you will own the product lifecycle of Schneider Electric's commissioning software used to configure and validate intelligent protection devices and power distribution systems.
You will drive the product vision, roadmap, and delivery in close collaboration with engineering teams, hardware leagues, and country organizations. The role sits at the intersection of digital software, electrical equipment, and field services, ensuring EPC delivers reliable, intuitive, and scalable capabilities to support Schneider Electric's installed base.
You will work within a Scaled Agile environment, partnering with engineering, UX, and system architects to deliver incremental innovations and continuously improve the commissioning experience for our partners, enabling new value creation.

Your missions :
Product Vision & Strategy
- Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for EcoStruxure Power Commission, aligned with Schneider Electric's power distribution strategy and connected product portfolio.
- Ensure EPC supports the lifecycle of intelligent equipment from commissioning • validation (testing) • firmware management, as well as the connection with other EcoSet software.
Customer & User Understanding
- Engage with panel builders, contractors, end users, and service teams to understand real-world workflows and pain points.
- Translate field requirements into clear user journeys and product capabilities across device commissioning, system testing, and firmware management.
Product Development
- Work closely with hardware Leagues and System Architects to ensure seamless device integration and commissioning workflows.
- Own the product backlog at system level, define epics and user stories, and collaborate with engineering and UX teams to deliver high-quality software in line with hardware release cycles.
Adoption & Enablement
- Work with countries, technical support teams, and channel partners to drive adoption and enablement of EPC with training materials, and best practices for commissioning workflows.
- Monitor user feedback and continuously improve usability and performance through direct and indirect feedback loops.
Data-Driven Product Management
- Define and track key product metrics, e.g., software adoption and active usage, commissioning efficiency improvements, customer satisfaction and feedback, and product quality and reliability.
- Use data insights to guide product improvements and roadmap prioritization in collaboration with engineering and UX teams.
Market & Technology Awareness
- Stay informed about industry trends including digital commissioning workflows, AI-powered automation, subscription business model, etc.
- Translate emerging technologies into future innovations of products, services and go-to-market in close liaise with engineering and channel marketing teams.
The role is based in Grenoble (Electropole).
Join our dynamic team as an IT Product Management Specialist and drive
Your profile :
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or Computer Science degree with electrical engineering education
- MBA or equivalent business training is a plus.
- 5-8 years of product management experience with demonstrated end-to-end product ownership.
- Experience in B2B software products
- Experience in industrial, engineering, or digital product environments is strongly preferred

- Proven experience owning a product lifecycle from vision • roadmap • delivery • adoption
- Experience working with Agile / SAFe development teams
- Strong ability to define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
