We are looking for a B2C Seller Success Manager to help grow and strengthen eBay's B2C business in France. In this role, you will contribute to programs that enable professional seller growth, improve marketplace performance, and enhance eBay's value proposition for sellers. Working across local and regional teams, you will bring market insights into execution and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver commercial initiatives that support business growth.

We are looking for a B2C Seller Success Manager to help grow and strengthen eBay's B2C business in France. In this role, you will contribute to programs that enable professional seller growth, improve marketplace performance, and enhance eBay's value proposition for sellers. Working across local and regional teams, you will bring market insights into execution and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver commercial initiatives that support business growth.
What you will accomplish
- Support the implementation of eBay's B2C commercial strategy in France, contributing to seller growth and marketplace performance.
- Build, launch, and continuously improve commercial programs that increase seller engagement and support business objectives.
- Identify commercial opportunities across priority categories, seller segments, and partner channels to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, service providers, agencies, ecosystem partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with Seller Success, Category, Marketing, Operations, Product, Risk, and Trust teams to deliver local initiatives and go-to-market activities.
- Monitor program performance, analyze key business metrics, and use market insights to identify opportunities and develop scalable solutions that support seller success.
- Support the development of localized commercial materials, enablement content, events, webinars, and partner initiatives that strengthen eBay's presence within the French B2C ecosystem.
What you will bring
- 5-8 years proven experience in commercial programs, business development, partnerships, category management, account management, consulting, sales, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience combining education and practical application.
- Strong interest in ecommerce, marketplaces, and supporting B2C seller growth.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and collaborator leadership skills.
- Analytical approach with the ability to use data to measure performance and support decision-making.
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken; Italian is a plus.
