Your Mission

Within the Corporate Marketing team, you are responsible for defining and deploying Westfield global event strategy.

Your objective: position events as a key driver of brand visibility, traffic, and revenue.

You will build a portfolio of 360° event campaigns, integrating strong IPs*, strategic partnerships, and omnichannel activations on an international scale.

*IPs = Intellectual Properties - proprietary or licensed concepts, formats, or universes that can be replicated, and scaled across markets - e.g.: movie license, gaming license...)

Your Responsibilities

Strategy & Development

  • Define and lead Westfield's global event strategy across 12 countries (Europe & US)


  • Develop and strengthen a portfolio of 360° event campaigns aligned with the overall brand strategy


  • Build and integrate distinctive IPs at the core of brand experiences


  • Define campaign objectives and associated KPIs in line with the Group's marketing strategy


Execution & Management

  • Develop toolkits and guidelines for regional teams to support the deployment of brand events across Westfield centers


  • Oversee implementation with local teams (marketing teams and agencies)


  • Coordinate internal stakeholders (marketing, CRM, social media, media, Rise, data) and external partners. Select and manage agencies and partners


  • Ensure consistency and quality of the brand experience across all markets


Partnerships & Revenue

  • Identify and activate high-value partnerships generating both visibility and revenue (brands, IPs, talent, etc.)


  • Work closely with our in-house retail media agency (Westfield Rise) in charge of commercializing our owned physical and digital spaces, to develop new revenue streams


  • Build strong, win-win relationships with retailers and partner brands


Key Challenges

  • Establish events as a core pillar of the Westfield brand strategy


  • Deliver a high-impact, visible, and differentiated annual program with a strong consumer-centric approach


  • Strengthen brand preference through memorable and immersive experiences


  • Balance creative excellence, operational efficiency, and business performance


  • Generate measurable value (traffic, engagement, revenue)


What we are looking for

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in events, brand activation, or experiential marketing


  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-country projects


  • Strong ability to lead cross-functional and international ecosystems


  • Expertise in partnerships and negotiation (brands, talent, IPs, etc.)


  • Strategic mindset combined with strong operational capabilities


  • Excellent understanding of brand, audience, and monetization challenges


  • Fluent English required (both written and spoken)
