THE ROLE

We are looking for a Business Development Apprentice to join our team in Paris and support the international growth of Memo Paris across Travel Retail and European markets. As a fast-growing brand with a relentless focus on excellence, we are seeking a passionate and dynamic person to help accelerate our presence with the world's leading Travel Retail operators and European markets. You will support the execution of the TR and EU commercial strategy, manage day-to-day relationships with our partners, ensure a premium and consistent brand presence on every market, and turn performance data into concrete growth. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will make sure Memo Paris stands out in a competitive international marketplace.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Travel Retail International :

  • Monitor sell-out performance by operator and prepare regular reporting.
  • Coordinate product launches and in-store activations
  • Manage and update listing files and product reference documentation.


Top European Markets :

  • Track distributor KPIs by country and follow up on action plans.
  • Develop sales support materials adapted to each market.
  • Conduct competitive and market intelligence by country.
  • Assist in preparing commercial meetings and key account reviews.


Marketing & Coordination:

  • Contribute to TR and EU marketing activations in coordination with the France marketing team.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across channels and markets.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN OUR NEXT TEAM MEMBER

  • A passionate business professional currently pursuing a degree in International Business, Commerce, or a related field.
  • A valid apprenticeship agreement (contrat d'apprentissage) with an educational institution is mandatory.
  • Strong coordination skills and experience managing partner or client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented, rigorous, and comfortable juggling multiple markets and priorities at once.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken - you will be in direct contact with international operators and distributors.
