Ce Que Vous Ferez Concrètement
- Piloter de bout en bout la conception et l'exécution des briefings exécutifs au SIC de Paris, en traduisant les objectifs clients en agendas IA/Data/CRM sur mesure pour faire avancer les deals et renforcer les relations stratégiques.
- Assurer le leadership fonctionnel de l'équipe parisienne : coordination des opérations quotidiennes, gestion des escalades et collaboration avec les équipes Immobilier, IT et prestataires externes pour maintenir un environnement de briefing de niveau mondial.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les directions commerciales et les équipes comptes pour aligner les engagements SIC sur les objectifs pipeline, et suivre la performance du programme selon les métriques opérationnelles et de pipeline globales.
- Accompagner les membres de l'équipe parisienne et contribuer activement à une culture d'équipe collaborative et inclusive au sein de l'organisation marketing régionale élargie.
Vous Êtes Notre Candidat(e) Idéal(e) Si...
- Vous justifiez de 8 ans ou plus d'expérience en field marketing, vente, solution engineering ou programmes de briefings exécutifs, avec un historique démontré de génération de pipeline via des engagements C-suite.
- Vous avez une solide connaissance du marché B2B et êtes à l'aise pour naviguer dans une organisation mondiale complexe afin d'avancer avec les équipes commerciales, marketing et opérations.
- Vous êtes un(e) facilitateur(trice) et communicant(e) d'exception - capable de captiver une salle, d'animer des ateliers stratégiques et de vous exprimer avec aisance devant des audiences dirigeantes.
- L'expérience sera évaluée en fonction de l'alignement avec les compétences clés attendues pour ce poste (ex. : rôles de leadership extra-professionnels, expérience militaire, bénévolat, etc.)
C'est Encore Mieux Si...
- Vous avez une expérience directe dans la gestion ou l'animation d'un Executive Briefing Center (EBC) ou d'un programme Innovation Center.
- Vous connaissez le portefeuille IA, Data et CRM de Salesforce et êtes capable d'en parler avec aisance dans un contexte client.
- Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais, ce qui vous permet d'interagir efficacement avec les parties prenantes locales et internationales.
