As part of our development in the Life Sciences sector (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare), DHL Supply Chain France, a division specialized in contract logistics (2,000 employees), is strengthening its teams and is looking for a Business Development Manager capable of driving strategic opportunities and responding to complex tenders, based in La Plaine Saint-Denis (93).

Your responsibilities
Reporting to the BD & Marketing Director, you play a key role in the growth of our Life Sciences business:
Business Development
- Identify and develop new opportunities in the Life Sciences sector
- Build and maintain a client network (pharmaceutical companies, biotech, medtech, etc.)
- Contribute to defining the commercial strategy within your scope
- Lead responses to tenders (RFQ/RFI) end-to-end
- Coordinate internal teams (operations, engineering, QHSE, finance, etc.)
- Develop competitive and innovative proposals (pricing, solution design, etc.)
- Draft and structure presentation materials
- Present and defend proposals to clients in both French and English
- Lead commercial negotiations
- Ensure handover to operational teams after contract signature
- Contribute to client retention and account development
Your profile
Education & Experience
- Master's degree (business school, engineering, or equivalent)
- Significant experience (5-10 years) in business development in logistics or supply chain
- Experience in the Life Sciences / Healthcare sector is essential
- Strong command of complex tenders (multi-site, multi-service)
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements (GDP, quality, traceability, etc.)
- Results-driven with strong negotiation skills
- Excellent cross-functional coordination abilities
- Leadership and influence
- Analytical and structured mindset
- Customer-focused, solution-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a demanding, regulated environment
- Fluency in both English and French is required
