ENTER THE GAME

As an automation expert you would act as a Product Manager in the Fraud Product Team, your role is to elevate our fraud and anti-money laundering detection engine to the next level.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will include:
1. Deeply understand our users and our market
  • Grasp the challenges of fraud prevention
  • Conduct competitive and tech watch, and contribute to team-wide discussions
2. Own the Product Discovery phase
  • Identify impactful projects to combat fraud across the full customer lifecycle-from registration to closure
  • Manage relationships with key partners such as banks and payment providers to identify new opportunities
3. Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap
  • Help define the roadmap within your scope, frame projects, ensure timely delivery, measure outcomes, and iterate
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (countries, domains, IT, Customer Service, Compliance) to gather needs and share project updates
4. Build the best solution and measure its impact
  • Continuously improve our rule sets and algorithms
  • Monitor key performance indicators daily
  • Conduct functional analyses in case of incidents
  • Use SQL to analyze and manipulate data


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This job is for you if:
  • You are passionate about both project management and fraud prevention, and excited by innovation and product design
  • You hold a Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or Data, with at least 5 years of experience in IT project management, ideally product management
  • You are autonomous and creative, capable of managing your projects end-to-end and collaborating cross-functionally
  • You are methodical, with a strong ability to take a step back and anticipate future needs
  • You are data-driven, fluent in SQL, and know how to make numbers speak and measure your impact
  • Knowledge of payments, fraud prevention, or cybersecurity is a plus
  • And finally, you speak English fluently


WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?
  • If your application is shortlisted, Benoit will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
  • You will meet Julien, Lead Product Manager, your future manager, followed by Simon, Director of Fraud and Catherine, Chief Payment Officer.
  • Finally, Benoit will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes around 4 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
