More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Regional D2C Lead (EU South) in Paris, France, or in Eindhoven, Netherlands with Signify. Both locations are possible, and this role is office-based.

As Regional D2C Lead - EU South, you are fully accountable for the commercial performance of Signify's direct-to-consumer business across Italy, Spain, and France. You will lead the regional D2C eCommerce agenda, owning sales, margin, and forecast while ensuring strong alignment between global strategy & initiatives and local market execution.

You act as the central commercial driver in the region, connecting global teams with local markets, and translating opportunities into scalable growth initiatives. With a hands-on mindset, you steer performance, optimize the portfolio, and lead high-impact campaigns that accelerate our D2C growth ambitions

D2C eCommerce management
  • Own and drive regional D2C performance, including sales, margin and forecasting
  • Actively manage results in close collaboration with key stakeholders across global, local and functional teams (including finance and supply chain)
  • Drive traffic, acquisition, and conversion performance by partnering with digital marketing teams across Owned, Earned, and Paid channels
  • Oversee assortment strategy and portfolio health, identifying gaps and continuously driving improvement
  • Lead sales & performance reporting for the region and turn the data into actionable insights and decisions
  • Build and expand closed communities, partnerships and growth initiatives that contribute to D2C growth in the region
  • Set clear priorities for the region, balancing short-term performance with long-term growth
  • Initiate, execute and manage commercial projects


Campaign management
  • Lead end-to-end execution of regional campaigns, ensuring strong commercial impact
  • Collaborate closely with global teams to localize and deploy global campaigns effectively
  • Ensure campaigns are optimized for performance, relevance and customer engagement


Market alignment
  • Act as the primary D2C contact for markets in the region (market leaders, media, agencies)
  • Ensure seamless localization of content and campaigns in collaboration with local teams and partners
  • Coordinate closely with local order desk and operations team to ensure flawless eCommerce execution


More about you

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:
  • You hold a Marketing or Business Administration educational background
  • 6+ years of experience in D2C eCommerce or digital commerce, preferably in an international environment
  • Proven track record of owning and driving sales, margin, and forecasting responsibilities
  • Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven approach is a must
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence across functions and seniority levels
  • Hands-on and entrepreneurial, with the ability to act strategically and operationally
  • Strong communication skills and confidence to manage expectations and challenge when needed
  • Affinity with or experience in Southern European markets (Italy, Spain, France) is a strong plus
  • Fluency in English + French or Spanish is required
