We're now looking for a National Sales Manager to lead our commercial strategy in France and help drive the next phase of growth across our business.

This role is based Remotely with our French Head office in Lyon - there will be requirements to regularly attend meetings in person.

Applicants must have the authorisation to work in France.

What You'll Be Doing

As our National Sales Manager, you'll lead the development and execution of our national sales strategy across multiple channels, ensuring we continue to grow revenue, profitability, and market presence.

You'll:
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Drive strategic customer relationships across national and key accounts.
  • Build and execute commercial plans that deliver sustainable growth.
  • Partner closely with Marketing to create compelling customer and shopper programmes.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand our presence across relevant channels.
  • Use market insights, customer data and e-commerce trends to shape commercial decision-making.
  • Lead customer negotiations, forecasting, budgeting and business planning activities.
  • Champion collaboration across teams, functions and markets.

This role combines strategic thinking, commercial leadership and people development in equal measure. The position is responsible for leading national sales plans, customer growth, key negotiations, forecasting, e-commerce optimisation and commercial performance whilst coaching a team of account leaders

What You'll Bring to the Role

We're looking for someone who is commercially driven, people-focused and passionate about building strong relationships.
  • Significant experience in sales leadership within FMCG, retail or related sectors.
  • A proven track record of delivering commercial growth through key account management and business development.
  • Strong negotiation, strategic planning and forecasting capabilities.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • An understanding of modern omnichannel and e-commerce environments.
  • Fluent French and strong English communication skills.
