WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Administrates outbound distribution flows from the control tower assigned warehouse/factory to all related destination countries. Keeps close communication with sales/service teams, consignees, warehouse and factories providers and forwarders to control the distribution processes in line with expectations. Applies empiric controls to manage the end-to-end supply chain performance, takes book-ins with consignees and manages incidents through return and claim handling processes.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Administrates outbound distribution flows from the control tower assigned warehouse/factory to all related destination countries. Keeps close communication with sales/service teams, consignees, warehouse and factories providers and forwarders to control the distribution processes in line with expectations. Applies empiric controls to manage the end-to-end supply chain performance, takes book-ins with consignees and manages incidents through return and claim handling processes.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Answer logistics related questions from sales/service colleagues and customers to ensure a smooth delivery process. Engage in troubleshooting and follow up inquiries in a structured way until the case has been resolved.
- Process and arrange book-ins with customers and schedule deliveries to arrive on-time.
- Advise sales/service teams on available logistics services to meet specific customer shipping requirements (e.g. route coding).
- Maintain and coordinate load planning processes with the warehouse/factory and transport provider through supply chain collaboration platforms.
- Coordinate between the logistics operation and the local factory logistics staff
- Takes the necessary steps to provide accurate and up-to-date information about the status of shipments by checking multiple sources such as carrier web tracking, load planning files, excel reports or leveraging direct contact to the forwarder.
- Maintain and proactively analyse the OTTR file, organize weekly and monthly meeting with each carrier to follow up on-time delivery, POD and incidents countermeasures
- Identify return inquiries and process them until goods are received back at the warehouse/factory and the customer has received his credit. Process claims against third party logistics providers using the SAP Claim Handling System and follow up the created Accounts Receivables.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Basic understanding of MS O365 Suite inkl. MS Teams / Sharepoint / Outlook / Excel
- Advanced Excel skills incl. VLOOKUP formulas and pivot tables
- Proper methods to structure and prioritize workload
- Strong command of the French and English languages
- Understanding logistics distribution processes would be a plus.
