Your role:
Reporting within a global matrix organization, this strategic role combines culinary expertise, commercial acumen, and client engagement. To work closely with regional culinary teams, production department, operations, business development, and key airline customers to develop innovative, cost-effective, and onboard dining solutions.
This position involves extensive international travel to support customer presentations, tenders, menu, culinary workshops, strategic business initiatives and share culinary knowledge.

Your role:
- We are looking for a Corporate executive Chef to lead culinary excellence across our inflight catering operations
- You will report to the Corporate Executive Chef Director
Reporting within a global matrix organization, this strategic role combines culinary expertise, commercial acumen, and client engagement. To work closely with regional culinary teams, production department, operations, business development, and key airline customers to develop innovative, cost-effective, and onboard dining solutions.
This position involves extensive international travel to support customer presentations, tenders, menu, culinary workshops, strategic business initiatives and share culinary knowledge.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of the group's culinary strategy across multiple countries and business units.
- Support regional Executive Chefs in delivering consistent culinary standards while respecting local market requirements.
- Partner with Business Development teams during customer tenders, contract renewals, and airline presentations.
- Represent the company during high-level client meetings, menu tastings, culinary demonstrations, and innovation workshops.
- Design innovative onboard menus balancing passenger experience, operational feasibility, food safety, and profitability.
- Drive menu engineering and recipe optimization to achieve food cost targets without compromising quality.
- Collaborate closely with Procurement to optimize ingredient selection, supplier strategies, and cost management.
- Analyze menu performance, food costs, waste, and operational KPIs to continuously improve profitability.
- Identify culinary trends and translate them into scalable inflight concepts adapted to airline expectations.
- Ensure compliance with international food safety standards and company quality requirements.
- Coach, mentor, and inspire regional culinary teams while fostering collaboration across a global matrix organization.
