Your mission?

Reporting to the Operations Director, you are fully accountable for theoverall performance of the Colis / CXP site.
You lead the site with full ownership of its operational, financial andpeople performance, ensuring business objectives are achieved in terms ofservice, quality, productivity, safety, compliance and profitability.
As a key member of the Operations Leadership Team, you develop yourteams, drive operational excellence and lead transformation initiatives thatsupport the continued growth of Landmark Global France. During the absence ofthe Operations Director, you act as their deputy, ensuring business continuityand leadership across the site.

What will you do?
Lead the site's performance
  • Take full ownership of the site's operational, financial and organisational performance.
  • Deliver KPIs covering productivity, service quality, customer satisfaction, safety and cost.
  • Ensure efficient resource planning and smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Align operational activities with Group standards and strategic objectives.

Managefinancial performance
  • Own the site's operational budget and cost performance.
  • Monitor labour costs, temporary workforce and operational expenses.
  • Optimise productivity while maintaining high service levels.
  • Contribute to forecasting, budgeting and resource planning.

Lead anddevelop people
  • Manage, coach and develop frontline managers and their teams.
  • Drive workforce planning, recruitment and succession planning.
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage disciplinary matters when required.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, engagement and continuous learning.

Buildstrong customer relationships
  • Act as the senior operational contact for customers within your scope.
  • Partner with Commercial and Customer Service teams to anticipate customer needs.
  • Ensure service commitments are consistently achieved.
  • Resolve operational issues while maintaining an excellent customer experience.

Drivetransformation and continuous improvement
  • Lead operational transformation initiatives supporting the evolution of Landmark Global France.
  • Promote Lean principles and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Challenge existing processes and implement sustainable operational improvements.
  • Share best practices across teams and sites.

Supportoperational leadership
  • Act as deputy to the Operations Director during periods of absence.
  • Support strategic operational decisions and cross-site initiatives.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of Landmark Global France.


Who are you?

You are an experienced operational leader who enjoys taking ownership,developing people and delivering results.
You combine strong leadership with business acumen, financial awarenessand a customer-focused mindset. You thrive in a fast-paced operationalenvironment and know how to motivate teams while driving performance andchange.
Ideally,you bring:
  • Significant experience managing logistics, transport, parcel or supply chain operations.
  • Proven experience leading operational teams in a performance-driven environment.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management and resource planning.
  • Experience managing KPIs, workforce planning, temporary labour and operational performance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience driving transformation and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean is a strong advantage).
  • Fluent French is essential. Professional English is a strong asset.
