About the mission we offer you:
Among his/her main tasks, the Transport & Logistics Coordinator will execute the following but not limited to:
- Coordination of the daily transport activities of assigned vendors/POs
- Expediting the preliminary data / documents such as packing lists (PPL) from TEC and/or vendors and recording them under the Material Management system (e.g. assignment to EML, replacement PPL by PL , ...)
- Collecting Export Control Certificate (formerly Non Dual Use Attestation) and Transportation Drawings, both from TR1001
- Receiving and reviewing the shipping documentation of various stakeholders (e.g., vendors, freight forwarders, 3rd parties) and manages it in compliance with the project processes and working methodologies.
- Preparation of the shipping documentation for importation
- Ensuring transport operations are covered by the Transport Service Order with Freight Forwarder(s) and issuing Request For Quotation (RFQ) to the dedicated Transport Estimation & Contract team (TEC) when required
- Issuance of the Shipping Release Notes (SRN) and Release to Forwarder (RTF) within the Material Management system
- Management of the EX forms (i.e. Customs declaration forms for Shipment ex France)
- Ensuring timely collection of material at Vendors' premises or other designated place and delivery to destination(s)
- Ensuring data quality and accuracy and updating of information in Material Management System
- Preparation and issuance of the "approval forms" for approval as defined in the transport execution procedure (e.g., Air Freight approval, ...)
- Updating reporting logs as defined in the transport execution procedure (e.g., claims, back-charges, damages, eventually invoicing status...)
- Reviewing Freight Forwarder(s)' proforma invoices
- Monitoring vendors and contracted freight forwarder(s) performance
- Ensuring PO close out is timely done upon the very last shipment
Timely reporting non-compliant and/or deficient situations
Starting date : September 2026
About you:
- Genuine interest in the work performed by other departments within TEN
- Experience in transport and logistics is a plus
- Currently pursuing a degree in Transport/Logistics or Supply Chain
- Deep knowledge of the transport industry and practices, INCOTERMS, liner terms
- Skills and familiarity with Material Management Tool (i.e. S Mat)
- Experience in project freight forwarding
- Communication skills
- Language: Must be fluent in English
