Agent de préparation des vols (H/F/D)
Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, les tâches suivantes incombent à l'Agent des opérations aériennes :
- Veiller à ce que les systèmes d'exploitation aériens soient entretenus avec exactitude et dans un délai raisonnable.
- S'assurer de manière efficace que les vols soient autorisés à décoller et que l'ensemble des contrôles réglementaires et ceux de l'entreprise soient effectués.
- Veiller à ce que l'environnement de travail soit sûr en tout temps.
- Effectuer des inspections quotidiennes des aéronefs et de l'inventaire.
Qualifications:
- Grade d'associé ou diplôme d'études collégiales dans un domaine en lien avec le poste.
- Un minimum de 1 à 2 ans d'expérience pertinente.
- Expérience de travail dans le domaine de la planification ou de la programmation aéronautique ou d'un environnement opérationnel connexe.
- Connaissances des méthodes et des systèmes de planification et de programmation.
- Connaissance de l'aviation civile et des concepts et principes de la formation en vol.
- Talent marqué pour la communication et les relations interpersonnelles.
- Aptitudes avérées à la pensée analytique et conceptuelle.
- Capacité à conseiller les étudiants en ce qui a trait aux politiques et aux procédures.
- Expérience antérieure de travail dans un environnement axé sur le service à la clientèle.
- Une qualification appropriée dans le domaine de l'aviation ou de la formation serait appréciée.
- Maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel et PowerPoint).
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français.

Flight Dispatcher (f/m/d)
In this role, the Flight Dispatcher will be responsible to:
- Ensure that the Flight Operations systems are maintained accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that flights are efficiently dispatched and that all company and regulatory checks are performed.
- Ensure a safe workplace is maintained at all times.
- Conduct daily aircraft inspections and inventory checks.
Qualifications:
- associate degree or college degree in job-related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of planning and scheduling methodologies and systems.
- Knowledge of commercial aviation and flight training concepts and principles.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-developed analytical and conceptual skills.
- Ability to advise students on policies and procedures.
- Ability to use MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
- Experience working in an aviation planning, scheduling or related operational environment.
- Previous experience of working within a customer service focused environment.
- An appropriate qualification in aviation or training would be well regarded.
- Fluency in English and French.
