POSITION SUMMARY
Sous les directives de la Direction des Services de Restauration, l'Hôte d'Accueil est le premier ambassadeur du restaurant. Il assure un accueil chaleureux, professionnel et personnalisé des clients, contribuant directement à leur satisfaction et à l'image de l'établissement.
Il est chargé d'accueillir les clients dès leur arrivée, de gérer les réservations et le plan de salle, et d'accompagner les clients à leur table en coordination avec l'équipe de salle. Il veille au bon déroulement du service en anticipant les flux, en optimisant le remplissage du restaurant et en transmettant les informations nécessaires aux équipes opérationnelles.
Il répond aux demandes des clients sur place ou par téléphone, traite les éventuelles réclamations avec courtoisie et professionnalisme.
Il est responsable de l'état de propreté du matériel et des locaux.
Au sein des Services Restauration et Banquets, l'Hôte d'Accueil pourra être amené à travailler dans les différents points de vente et salons.
Il assure ses missions dans le respect des procédures, des valeurs et des standards de l'hôtel et de l'enseigne Marriott.
FORMATION / EXPERIENCE / CERTIFICATION
Une première expérience significative (restauration / banquets, accueil).
CONNAISSANCES REQUISES
ü Connaissance des règles d'hygiène spécifiques à la restauration.
ü Bonne compréhension et expression orale - Capacité à écouter, comprendre, expliquer ses informations et idées.
ü Maîtrise de l'anglais indispensable (lu, parlé, écrit).
